We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Your order will then take 3-5 days to arrive based on your location to our store.
International orders do not apply.
We are a small business, so delays may be possible. Please contact our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your new band merch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.
All returns must be communicated to us via email within 15 days of item(s) delivery to customer. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@cityfunshop.com to confirm return details. One may return the item in original packaging or ship the item(s) in new packaging. You may mail your return to the following address:

Please note, City Fun does not pay for return shipping. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. However, we will cover the cost of shipping back your exchange item. We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
